Doll dinning - part 11 - dessert - cookies and stuff

Hi! Today's craft is more like a bunch of links and easy instructions that don't need pics, and at the end I have an exciting announcement to make! And first, go check out the first part of a photo story series, Secrets, written by Tory!

You can make cookies by cutting out shapes from tan craft foam, and using paint or puffy paint for the frosting/icing/glaze, whatever you want to put on it. Or you could put beads for sprinkles, of bits of brown craft foam for chocolate chips. Or if you want really good looking chocolate chip cookies, just check out this awesome clay tutorial. LINK Also for a bunch of cool dessert ideas, check out THIS.  The cheese cake would be an AMAZING audition to a restaurant! Though when I make oreo cookies I use thin white craft foam and black felt. :) And go ahead and see these awesome cream puffs and cake pops! Hmm, you could leave the cream puffs separate instead of gluing them into a tower....I'm not 100% sure how to make brownies, but THIS is the closest I could find. (You can skip to 4 minutes and 33 seconds.)

Wow. That was a LOT of links. This is like, the shortest but longest post ever. Now for the announcement!

I'M GOING TO AN AMERICAN GIRL STORE FOR MY BIRTHDAY.

Yep! This week we are going to the temporary store in Raleigh, to see if its big enough, if not, we will drive up to my Oma's house in a few weeks, and go to the store in Washington. (Oma is German for grandma) I'm so excited! AND Raleigh is getting a permanent location in October! So I'll get to be able to go a lot! Yay! =D
Bye!

(I'm so excited!)
