This Month on Instagram #15- December

Hey ya'll!
How was your Christmas? Mine was pretty good. I got a blanket shaped like a mermaid tail, and the collection of Earthsea novels, illustrated! :D I also got a phone number, but who wants to deal with boring grown up stuff. Not ME.
Better buckle down, this is a long one :D

I originally planned to have multiple dolls in this shoot, and then I was like: nah.

Her doggo.

*giggling* "Grace, stop it!"

Pose✨

I love this doll

omgoodness I love these two 😍

πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹

And an exclusive pic, one I didn't even realize I had until later :D
TA DA.

Ain't it cool? It's so cool.

How was your new years? Hazel's family came to visit per usual, and we also got see Tory for the first time in quite a bit.
I didn't make any resolutions, per usual, because why? if I decide to start or stop doing something, I'm not going to wait until the first of January. 1, I'll never remember by the time it rolls around, 2, ...I can't remember. I'm sure it was good. XD
Point being, IF I resolve to do something, it means I have the motivation to start it, which means its Effective ImmediatelyTM before I lose my mojo. XP
Besides, life come in phases, phases that don't care about the puny restrictions of the calendar. :D
I'm in the middle of a phase, a chapter, I'm not going to cut if half for times sake. I'm not going to separate it in half, like "this bit happened in 2019, but then we cut off weirdly and say we start over in 2020, a NeW dEcAdE" I'm not starting over. I'm continuing my story.
And I'm sorry if I'm being too salty for some of you, if you want to try to start over, thats fine! If you're going to make resolutions and then actually remember them two days later...
...are you even human.
',:l

But it is cool to look back and see how far I've grown. I've grown stronger, stressing less, strengthened some friendships, drifted out of some friendships, read some good books, drawn some good drawings, taken some lovely pictures, laughed, cried, and loved.
I know some people talk about all the good and bad things that happened to them in the year, (or decade if they're really hard core) but who can remember. not me. XD All I know is that I was pretty happy and pRETTY STRESSED. But mostly happy.
But I will say that the bad thing that I CAN remember is I just lost my favorite Lloyd minifigure two, three days before Christmas and still haven't found him. 😭
But I WILL find him.
So 2019 was a pretty good year, but definitely my most stressful, what with all this new growing up nonsense like drivers ed, last year of high school, and duel enrollment collage classes. -_-
Who's idea was all this grown up nonsense. I don't like it and don't want it.
This is getting long, ya'll came here for pictures, I should write up a different blog post if I'm going to talk about life.

Ok I just read what I wrote and WOW I got salty quick, this was supposed to be a positive post. XD
I also realize that this reads kind of choppy, but thats how my brain works. :/
And since I can't think of anything else to say, here's a picture of the latest member of my adopted fictional children.
Image result for baby yoda
Isn't he adorable? πŸ˜„

Anyhoo, how was your Christmas? your new years? have you seen The Mandalorian? do you ever surprise yourself by how salty and bitter you can be?
Bye,

This Month on Instagram #11- August

Hey, ya'll!
This month's shoot is one of may favorites. Ninja!!!
I paid a dear price though. It was like 125 degrees out there. πŸ˜“ i PrAcTiCaLy DiEd

πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š

 So sneaky.

Exclusive behind the scenes- covered in plant matter. πŸ˜‘

🎡ninja, ninja ninja...🎡

I still haven't posted a tutorial to make these. I'll have to find the pictures, dang it. I took 'em forever ago. They might not even be on my phone, they might be on the i-pod.

Look at my beautiful ninja baby, off to destroy people.
πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜πŸ‰

(anyone get the reference?XD)

 She brought...chop sticks.
But I haven't made her a sword or any nunchucks, (shame on me) so she had to make do.
And as she just demonstrated, they're very good for poking people in the eye. :D

Another exclusive photo- I do love my walking-on-tree-branch shots. :)

 Behind the scenes-
A shadow swinging down, before a perfect landing.😎

It was much too hot, and Kit agreed.

#FABULOUS πŸ’‹ *hair swish*

That's more like it. Can't go revealing your identity when you're on a secret mission.πŸ‘€
(never mind that she paused in the middle for a photo shoot ;P)

πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€

Well, now she took it off.

....aaaaand put it back on again. She spotted her quarry, and remembered that she has a mission, that doesn't involve showing off for the internet.

"Catch ya nerds later."
*ninja out*

Goodness gracious. Where did she go.
*explosion in the distance*
Ah, there she is.

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

August was a rather busy month. It was my birthday, Ivy and I took the behind-the-wheel part of drivers ed, (I have discovered the pleasure of zooming through the many back country roads we have around here. It's exhilarating, and usually pretty empty of other cars, and I can go faaaast :D) School started, including an English class I'm taking at Wake Tech, that takes more time than the rest of my school altogether. I actually have to write an essay this week, and haven't finished my homework. heh.
My days are quite crowded, what with normal things and trying to put aside time to work on my book. My drawing book, and the stack of books I just got from the library are also vying for my attention- and Harry Potter, I started a re-read and then got distracted. hmm. I need a time turner. One of me can sit in the seat I've claimed in the living room, and draw, another me can stay in my room and read, and another me can sit at the table in dining room and write, or do my homework. Which is...more writing. And I won't even bother about trying to stay out of myself's way. I'll just give myself a high-five and get a snack. :)
I see no flaw in this plan.

Good luck to all ya'll in school, and have a great day,
Bye,
(I'm missing the beach, a'ight?)

This month on Instagram #2 -October

Hey! How are ya'll doing?
I hope you had a great October, mine was pretty cool.

(many of these following pictures I didn't actually post on my Instagram, so you're getting exclusives πŸ˜›)

We drove up to NY to see some relatives; a great aunt, and some of my dad's cousins and their kids. The mountains were cool, and fall colors were coming out.

Our great aunt was super nice, and she had a big old dog who looooved attention, (her name was lexie) a skittish cat, and really skittish cat. I've never met a black cat that wasn't skittish.

There was this guy who lived about 10 minutes away, and he had set up like, 100 plastic skeletons in his yard, a whole army marching towards his house. I didn't take many pictures, because it was dark and the lighting was terrible.
There were like, 6-8 skeletons walking each T-rex, and maybe you can see in the back, a small calvary of skeleton horses

There were also six normal skeletons starting to climb up the walls of his house, and one looking right in a window... great way to scare your socks off every morning.πŸ˜‚

There were about a dozen of these tree things defending the house, they were made out of what felt like styrofoam, paper mache, and paint.

 Pumpkin catapults.

And dragons! poor little things!! I shall free you!!!

We went on a walk with the dog to a park, and it was a really cool park, but I don't have any pictures of it, except for Ivy using the giant see-saw as a surfboard.πŸ˜›

We also went to a really cool river.

(that's Ivy's hand, in case you were wondering. My hands still have nail polish)

The current was scary fast, but we waded up stream through it anyway, because why not.😁

And since we were way out in the country, there were the most beautiful stars! It reminded me of Clara's star shoot
ebe90-night16.jpg (899Γƒ—602)
except she took those photos around midnight, and the stars I were watching came out around 9pm. They were so beautiful, I remembered why I love stars.✨

Our next stop was Niagara falls for a few hours. It was AWESOME.

There were so many rainbows! And they were so bright and easy to photograph!

It's a faceπŸ˜„

Sooo pretty

uhhg I wish I could fly.

AND THE PRETTIEST RAINBOW YET whiiiich has the worst picture. But it looked much more vibrant irl.

I really like this one. The water matches the clouds. :)

We also paid to get cheap sandals and pink plastic ponchos and go on this board walk at the bottom of the falls. We got really wet, and it was a lot of fun.
Yeah.

My brother had a Civil Air Patrol weekend thing to go to, (which is why we went on this trip in the first place) so we stayed in a cabin in the mountains while he did that.
They had the prettiest tea cups😍
And if a tea cup and a mug had a baby, it would look like this.
 πŸ˜‚

My dad made a fire, and I got to admire the stars again.
πŸ”₯✨

The couple who owned the cabin were out of town, and Daisy was ridiculously happy that we got to take care of their dogs. The dachshund is hershey, and the chihuahua is cricket.

99% of my attempts to photograph hershey turned out like this.

 BUT I FINALLY GOT ONE.

I kept calling this guy tater tot. He was not amused.

I should have taken more pictures of the giant stump that they had.

There were also three horses next door, and despite all out attempts to get their attention, they stubbornly ignored us.

I legit took these pictures halloween afternoon. But it was raining the day before that, so I have an excuse for procrastinating, right?

They're so cute😍

 PrincessπŸ‘Έ

Have a great day everybody, and enjoy the cooler weather coming up!
bye,
